Tell us a little about yourself... How long you’ve been painting and who you’re down with etc.
Since 1984. I'm down with a lot of people... I don't know where to begin!

What brands of paint did you use most frequently in the early years?
In the past: Quick, Motip and Ultra Color. Later: Belton, Oxygen, Molotow, Montana, Montana Gold and now Ironlak.

Are you a can collector?
Little bit... Got some Japanese spray cans untouched, wrapped in plastic. At that time you were able to bring spray cans on the plane. Got some Rusto's as well and some old European paint.

Can you still find old paint stock in your area?
Hmmm... Good questions. I haven't really looked, I don’t collect so much I use 'em for painting, killing all cans!



Any good racking stories?
Sure, Chintz and Rio took me to some amazing warehouses in Germany for getting the night’s supply for damage, good times...

Any favorite old paint stores?

Best discontinued paint and why?
Today there's so many brands in the game now. Each one's good for different things. High pressure for damage, low pressure for details, coverage, 100’s of colours, handling, cap system and more.



Ever found some racked caps work good with certain paints?
I'll break it down to one good fatcap and one soft skinny for outlines then you're straight.

Worst paint ever award goes to?
Mr Spray... them colours are thin...

What are some of your best painting experiences?
Discovering soft caps around 1987-88, my pieces got more sharp after that.

How do you feel about the brands of Euro paint and their impact on the scene?
They are on top of the game, people went from level 2 to level 10. Quality paint rules!
